How requests become bookings
These Terms apply when you use the Texas Bar Co. website, request an estimate, or book event bar service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to make decisions for the event.
Sending a request starts the planning process. We reserve your date after we confirm availability and you accept the final service details, agreement, and payment schedule.
What your service includes
Your accepted event plan lists the package, staffing, hours, supplies, equipment, and optional extras Texas Bar Co. will provide. It also identifies anything you or the venue will provide.
Please give us accurate event, venue, attendance, and access details. If something changes, tell us promptly so we can keep the plan and price accurate.
Responsible service and safety
For alcoholic service, you purchase and provide the alcohol. Texas Bar Co. does not sell alcohol. You are responsible for venue approval and for making sure the event follows applicable alcohol rules.
Our bartenders check identification and serve responsibly. They may refuse or stop service when a guest is underage, visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or when service would be unsafe or unlawful. We also need a safe, lawful work area.
Estimates, final totals, and changes
Your online estimate reflects the choices and information available at that time. We confirm travel, tax, venue requirements, availability, and any custom details before presenting the final total.
Changes to the date, location, attendance, hours, menu, equipment, or service may change the price or availability. We will show you any revised plan and total before asking you to accept them.
Payments
Sending an event request does not charge you. Payment details and due dates are presented only after availability and the final total are confirmed.
Before any payment is authorized or collected, you will see the amount, purpose, and timing. Card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by Texas Bar Co.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You can withdraw an unconfirmed request without an event-service charge. Once booked, the cancellation and rescheduling schedule in your accepted event plan applies.
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests through the contact information below or your customer portal. We will acknowledge the request, explain any applicable charge or credit, and confirm the result in writing.
Communication
We use service email to manage your request, estimate, booking, payment, event, and support needs. Text messages require separate consent and are never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Please keep your contact information current so important event updates reach you.
Weather and unexpected events
Severe weather, emergencies, venue closures, government action, transportation interruptions, and similar events can affect service. If that happens, we will communicate promptly and work with you in good faith on rescheduling or another fair solution available under your event plan.
Fair responsibility
Texas Bar Co. is responsible for delivering the accepted service with reasonable care. You remain responsible for customer-provided alcohol and supplies, venue and guest conduct, accurate event information, and hazards that were not disclosed to us.
These Terms do not take away consumer rights that apply under law. Texas law governs the agreement, while any nonwaivable protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
