Our promise
We collect the information needed to plan and provide your event service, and we use it for the purposes described here. Texas Bar Co. does not sell personal information.
This policy covers our website, estimate and booking process, customer portal, payments, communications, and event administration.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, event, venue, service, and support information you choose to provide. We also keep estimates, booking records, communication preferences, consent records, and payment status so we can manage your event and maintain accurate business records.

Who helps us provide service
Trusted providers help us with functions such as payment processing, email, text messaging, address and routing validation, website hosting, analytics, professional advice, and event operations. We give them only the information needed for their assigned work and expect appropriate safeguards.
We also share information when you direct us to, when the law requires it, or when necessary to protect a person, the business, or property.
Your privacy choices
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You can also ask what categories of information we collect or share, withdraw consent for future optional processing, and appeal a denied privacy request.
We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for an active event, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, or another legal obligation.
Email and text messages
Service emails help us respond to a request and manage an event. Any marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe option.
We send text messages only with the consent shown when you provide your number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage for security, site operation, and choices saved on your device. We provide notice and the choices required by law before using nonessential analytics or advertising technologies.
We do not give customer booking details to third parties for their unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide service, support customers, maintain accounting and safety records, prevent fraud, resolve concerns, and meet legal obligations.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. We also maintain a response process and provide legally required notice if a qualifying data incident occurs.
Children and sensitive information
Our booking service is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Please share information about minors only when it is necessary for lawful and safe event service.
We do not use sensitive information to infer personal characteristics or for unrelated profiling. Share a precise location only when it is needed for the event or travel review.
